Wedding and Grooms Cakes. Wedding cakes and Grooms cakes can either be very traditional or any design that fits your personality. Feel free to bring in pictures of designs that you like, or we can work together to come up with something that is quite unique to you. You may have different flavors of cakes on separate tiers. Fresh fruit may be used as a filling but will be at an additional charge My wedding cakes and Grooms cakes start at $2.00 per serving. Cakes covered in rolled fondant start at $2.50. There is no extra charge for buttercream flowers and decorations. Intricate detail may be provided at an additional charge. If you are wanting fresh flowers added to your cake, you will need to consult with your florist and have them arrange the flowers on your cake. Plates and pillars and disposable satellite stands are included in my base price. I will need at least 2 months notice to reserve a date for a wedding cake. Since so much extra time and attention is given to wedding cakes, I like to have as much notice as possible so that I can set aside the appropriate amount of time. No other cake orders will be taken during your reserved time so that I can give your cake my undivided attention. There will be a $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit on all wedding cakes. This will then be applied to your order. This deposit will guarantee that you have a spot reserved just for your cake. Your cake must be paid for in full two weeks before the wedding date. This will be the time to make sure that all final decisions on the design have been made. If your cake has not been paid for 10 days prior to your wedding date, I can only accept cash payment and there will be a late fee of $25.00 added to your cake price. If your wedding or wedding date has been cancelled for any reason, although I cannot refund your money, I will be more than happy to reschedule your cake order for any time during the following 12 months. You may keep the same design or change it to something completely different, up to the amount that has already been paid. Each of the following individual sizes equals one tier consisting of 2 layers. To calculate your approximate cost, multiply the serving sizes for your combined tiers by $2.00 for buttercream or $2.50 for fondant. Some decorations, cake flavors or fillings may be at an additional charge.
