This is an 8" round torte with chocolate cake and chocolate filling. The sides are basket-weaved with M&M's covering the top and spilling out onto the cake board. This cake is a 10" square with a basketball cake on top. This will serve approx. 60 people. The square cake is covered in chocolate ganache and the basketball is covered in tiny buttercream beads and then flattened to look like the surface of a real basketball.
